We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of these countries, we will contact you.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Travely is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your shipment tracking indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this and/or file a claim with your respective shipping company.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

SHIPMENT TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, but sometimes tracking may not be available due to free shipping.

 

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"
For some shipping companies, it can take 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still have no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
