Refund Policy

How can I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to inform us of a return request. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging in which it was shipped. Since our products are intended for personal use, we do not accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons. We will inspect your item upon return. After examination and approval, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. We will provide you with the return address; please do not return the product to the manufacturer. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

If you are returning an order over $75.00, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. Travely is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages.

Order Cancellation:

Once your order has been placed, our team begins processing and packing your order for shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel orders after they have been placed.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

We also do not offer refunds if:

  • Your order is not delivered due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect delivery address).
