Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident with your purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for personal preference reasons, change of mind, or if the product does not meet expectations due to subjective preference, unless there is a quality issue, defect, or the wrong item was received.

To start a return, please contact us at support@trytravely.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trytravely.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
